POOL:
- Please note there is no lifeguard on duty and we ask that all guests enjoy the pool responsibly. The association is not liable for any pool-related accidents, drowning, or bodily harm/personal injuries. No diving is permitted. No glass is permitted in or near the pool, the kitchen is supplied with plastic cups.
- There are loungers, tables and chairs at the pool

GARBAGE:
- The Garbage bins are on Surf Rd. To locate them go out the Pool Access door in the primary bathroom and there is a dumpster on your right.

PARTIES & EVENTS:
- We do not allow parties, receptions or events. This is our most important rule that can result in the termination of your reservation along with additional fees.No loud music or screaming at any time. If you have any questions regarding entertaining on the property please contact us.

PARKING:
There is a dedicated parking spot on Harrison St. marked #40.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS: ValGal isn’t responsible for any package delivery or personal belongings left at the property after check out.

  Great location-half a block from the Broadwalk (and you can walk without shoes if you want to go on the beach.) Well furnished unit-comfy couch with reclining ends, comfortable beds, extremely well stocked kitchen-including blender and air fryer. Pool was at perfect temperature (warm enough to go right in but not too warm)

  ValGal was not available by phone. The number they gave went through prompts and then disconnected. I tried several times. The email they sent didn't clearly describe what they needed from us before we were given the code to the house. We were getting off a cruise ship and we weren't getting all emails. The Uber dropped us off at the house with luggage and we didn't know what to do. I thought from the email that there would be an office to check in with to show our IDs. I already emailed ValGal my ID back in October. Finally, a maintenance man came to help us and got us in the house. The local manager also helped us. ValGal's emails were unclear and borderline rude.
  I gave 4 stars on the property because the A/C heat didn't work. It was fixed the next day so that was great. I would stay at the property again but won't work with ValGal again.

  Cons: 1. Need a few new pots and frying pans. 2.took multiple calls and texts to get kitchen sink faucett repaired. remote for overhead fan in master bdrm - problem never resoved.
  Cons: 1.property as described and clean 2.awesome location, steps to beach & boardwalk and beach 3.when finally able to talk to someone about problems they were very helpful.

  Our stay was wonderful! The location allows for easy beach access and a very spacious stay. It is a far better choice than a hotel and less expensive. This was our second stay with ValGal and we were not disappointed. I highly recommend this location and group.
