- Living Room has large screen TV with full streaming service and seats 6.
- Dining room seats up to 8 and a high Chair is provided. Sleeps from 9-10 total guests.
- TV's: Smart TVs with access to log into your favorite streaming channels in every room.

KITCHEN: New appliances. Coffee machine, tea kettle, toaster, blender, Ice maker, cookware, glassware, dishwasher, refrigerator with filtered water dispenser, freezer, and microwave.

BEDROOMS: (4)
8 guests in comfortable beds. TVs in all bedrooms.
- A Pac & Play is provided
- Premium air mattress available for 2 additional guests upon request for a $25 delivery charge.
- Sleeps from 9-10 total guests.

BATHROOMS: (3)
- Bathrooms are provided with a starter set of toiletries (TP, hand soap) and plush bath and beach towels.
- A hairdryer is also available.
- Both bathrooms have shower tubs and the half bath is conveniently located downstairs.

INTERNET: High speed and wireless throughout.

CLEANING:
› All of our properties are professionally cleaned and sanitized up to CDC guidelines and inspected before each stay to ensure your safety.
› Starter Dishwasher pods are provided
› Washer and dryer with a starter set of laundry pods provided.

LOGISTICS:
- Check-in: 4:00 PM.
- Check-out: 11:00 AM.
- An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about availability and pricing.

MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE:
- Weekly Landscaping service.

POND: The property owner is not liable for any related accidents, drowning, or bodily harm/personal injuries. No wading, fishing or swimming is permitted.

GARBAGE: We ask that you please put out any used garbage bins in the front of the driveway every Tuesday night. Garbage Removal is Wednesday, Please bring the bins back to the side of the house when the trash has been picked up.

PARTIES & EVENTS: We do not allow parties, receptions, or events without prior authorization. The house is available for small events with plenty of parking for an additional charge. The home is located in a residential neighborhood and local ordinances dictate no excessively loud excessive music or noise after 10 PM. This is our most important rule that can result in the termination of your reservation along with additional fees. If you have any questions regarding entertaining on the property please contact us.

PARKING: The driveway accommodates four+ (4) cars. Please refrain from parking on the street.

PETS: Pets are permitted with prior authorization for an additional $120 charge.
- Property is not enclosed by a fence.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS: ValGal isn’t responsible for any package delivery or personal belongings left at the property after checkout.
