GUEST ACCESS:
- The personalized self-check-in instructions will be sent three days prior to arrival.
- Coin operated laundry room.

CLEANING:
- All of our properties are professionally cleaned and sanitized and inspected before each stay to ensure your safety.
- Starter set of laundry pods provided.

LOGISTICS:
- Check-in: 4:00 PM.
- Check-out: 11:00 AM.
- An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about availability and pricing.

TV's: 2 Smart Tv with access to log into your favorite streaming channels.

- Dumpster is through the breezeway to the parking lot straight ahead.

  The VRBO listing stated in 2 spots that there was a pool, but the pool area was gross and under construction. The laundry system requires you to buy a $5 card then put a minimum of $10 on that card to do even one load of laundry. There weren't enough towels for 4 people, and they ask you not to wash their linens. Other than that the unit had everything else we needed and it was a very short walk to the beach.
