OUTDOOR SPACE:

-The patio has a stainless steel BBQ grill that uses propane and an outdoor dining area
(Propane tanks are available upon request for a $40 charge)

KITCHEN: Fully stocked chef’s kitchen has all top of the line appliances and features. Coffee machine, tea kettle, toaster, blender, Ice maker, cookware, glassware, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, and microwave.

BEDROOMS: (3)
Casa Mar sleeps 6 guests in comfortable beds. The 3 bedrooms all have Smart TV's.
- Pac and Play and High chair on site
- Additional Premium air mattress on request.

BATHROOMS: (2)
All bathrooms are provided with a starter set of toiletries (TP, soap and shampoo) and plush towels. A hairdryer is also available.

INTERNET: Highspeed and wireless throughout, great for Zoom calls.

GUEST ACCESS:
- This fully fenced property is all yours for your private enjoyment.
- The personalized self check-in instructions will be sent three days prior to arrival.

CLEANING:
- All of our properties are professionally cleaned and sanitized up to CDC guidelines and inspected before each stay to ensure your safety.
- Starter dishwasher pods are provided
- Washer and dryer with a starter set of laundry pods provided.

LOGISTICS:
- Check-in: 4:00 PM.
- Check-out: 11:00 AM.
- An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about availability and pricing.

TV's: All of our TV's are Smart with access to log into your favorite streaming channels.

GARBAGE: The city of Hollywood removes garbage every Monday and Thursday morning. We provide two garbage bins in front of the house. We ask that you please put out any used garbage bins in the front of the driveway Sunday night and Wednesday night prior to collection.

PARTIES & EVENTS: We do not allow parties, receptions or events. The home is located in a residential neighborhood and local ordinances dictate no excessively loud music or noise after 10PM. This is our most important rule that can result in the termination of your reservation along with additional fees. If you have any questions regarding entertaining on the property please contact us.

PARKING: Parking for 2 cars is provided in the 2 spots in front of the house. Any additional street parking must be in metered spots.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS: ValGal isn’t responsible for any package delivery or personal belongings left at the property after check out. If you are having purchases delivered, please use the office address at Valgal 66 N. Federal Hwy. Dania Beach FL 33004, in the event they arrive before or after your visit.

    Great location, steps away from Broadwalk and beach.
    House is mostly well appointed, nice appliances.
    3 of the 4 beach chairs were damaged/unusable, we contacted the host and she promptly delivered 4 new ones. We requested 2 additional blankets which were also promptly delivered.
    Couch is soiled, stained and frankly, unseemly.
    Could use another chair in the living room. Third bedroom is very small. There was plumbing work to replace the sewer pipe from the house to the city connection, this required the driveway to be dug up. The owner (Angelo) told us we couldn't park in the driveway and would have to park, at our cost, on the street. After a brief argument, he relented and had us park up the street at another house he owns. Somewhat inconvenient but we got by ok. The plumbing work was supposed to be done on Friday, mid-day but extended to Saturday until about 7pm. We couldn't use the toilets or showers on that Saturday until 7pm, which was a major inconvenience. The host (Val) texted me that she would give us a refund for the inconvenience but she hasn't done so. She didn't provide a refund nor an explanation why she changed her mind.

    Thanks ValGal for this opportunity to stay 11 days at 325 Casa Mar.
    We were 5 people and each loved our stay. The 3 bedrooms were great, the 2 bathrooms very clean, modern kitchen, tv in every room, AC etc etc. Very clean when we arrived. Ideal location . Quiet area. Highly recommend to anyone that loves the beach and privacy. Had a minor issue that was fixed immédiatly. I need to thank the owner, and Concierge , very professional and available to take our texts, call , email 24/7.
    So again ValGal is the best for housing and services. Thank you

    Great location steps from the beach and great dining. However the two beds advertised as Queen were actually full size and the third bedroom only had one twin bed. I latter read that you could request another twin bed, that it is advertised as ready to go with two twin beds. Beds were not comfortable, no toiletries are provided and bring your own toilet paper if you are there for more than a few days. It is a bare essentials rental but the location is hard to beat.

    This is a great house. It's close to the beach and Broadwalk. Some ceiling fans or floor fans would be nice for the bedrooms. Other than that, we have no suggestions. We had a couple minor things come up, the they were handled promptly. Super friendly rental company. We have stayed with Val Gal several times now and recommend them to friends and family.

    Great jewelbox cottage a short block to the beach/broadwalk and 2 to the bandshell with 2 parking spots! Clean and newly redone, the pics are accurate (although the couch could use a good vacuum). Kitchen is great but only the basics are provided. Could use a couple knives. Sun/sand room is convenient but probably hot other times of year. Bathrooms very nice & new but need towel racks/hooks. The space is comfortable and you don't feel like you're on top of each other even though you're right in the middle of things. Even good outdoor space in front and back. Easy check-in.
    Really an excellent option.

    The property looked and felt like home. It was the perfect place to stay as a family. We love the beach- which was super close and we were able to come back easily for lunch and breaks from the sun. Perfect place to go visit the small businesses, eat great food and walks, bike rides on the Broadwalk. The property was clean and the location quiet .The appliances were new and well maintained, the beds and furniture were comfortable. Val Gal was great to work with, and responsive to any questions and request from the very beginning through our trip. I have already recommended them to our friend who frequent the area.

    This is a wonderful house, close to the beach and 2 parking spots! Looks newly renovated, the enclosed sun porch is a great safe place for all your beach stuff. Highly recommend, I would stay here again.

    This house was just right for our two families (two adults, one teenage daughter per family so 6 total). We had everything we needed, including plenty of beach chairs and towels. My only suggestion would be more seating in the living area to match the number of people the house sleeps. We sat outside most of the time if we were at the house, so it didn't bother us at all, but if we wanted to spend time all together inside, there wasn't a place for everyone to be seated comfortably. Overall, it's wonderful house, and we would stay here again! This was our 3rd or 4th time to rent through ValGal, and we have always been very satisfied.
