Welcome to your very own Monroe Retreat, located a few minutes from the beach, parks, and downtown Hollywood! This home is the perfect escape for your next trip to South Florida. Whether you're traveling for pleasure or business this house is prepared to meet all of your needs. Equipped with a stunning pool, hot tub, outdoor dining area, ping pong table, ultra high-speed internet, plenty of parking, and a stainless steel outdoor Kitchen and BBQ, this house does not disappoint!!
The space

This beautiful home features 3 bedrooms.
-The Principal bedroom is equipped with a comfortable king-size bed, plenty of closet space, an en-suite master bathroom with a jacuzzi, shower, and workstation a desk an chair
-Guest bedroom #2 is equipped with a king-size bed, a workstation, and closet space.
-Guest bedroom #3 is equipped with 2 twin-size beds, a closet, and an en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms have a smart TV.
-The house has a large living room space with a comfortable sofa bed. The dining area is bright and equipped with a dining table with 6 dining chairs.
-The large flex space boasts 2 daybeds, a TV, and a conference table and chairs with a panoramic view of the pool and landscape to inspire teamwork, team rest and team play.

The kitchen is spacious with lots of cabinet space, fully equipped with new stainless-steel appliances. The laundry room/garage features a new washer and dryer and a separate laundry sink.

The amazing outdoor space has a large, heated swimming pool and hot tub, covered outdoor dining space (gazebo), covered gas grill BBQ area and food prep station, a ping pong table, a screened-in as well as open-air patio, and generous portico.

If you are traveling with small children, we also have available at the house a highchair and a pack-and-play.

Please note:
Pool service is twice a week. The service days may vary. Our pool maintenance person will access the property unannounced through the backyard.
Landscaping services are every 15 days. The service may happen during your stay. Please expect the landscapers to access the property unannounced.
Gated parking for up to 3 cars.
The owner's car is parked in the carport.

  Overall, my family of 5 had a wonderful experience. There was plenty of room for us. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and ping pong table the most. The house is set in a beautiful, quiet, walkable neighborhood and is close to the beach, restaurants, and grocery stores.
  We had a couple minor issues upon arrival - the patio door was broken and the bikes in one of the listing pictures were not included in the stay (understandable as they are not in the description, but the picture should be removed). The main issue we had was the process with the hot tub. A hot tub was a booking priority for us as my husband has a bad back and was looking forward to sitting in it with his coffee each morning before the kids woke up. You have to text to get it turned on / off. Each morning we sent an early text and we were lucky if it was turned on by 10:30 (the management contact sleeps in). Then, it takes 2-3 hours to reach temperature. After a couple days of frustrating texts and phone calls, he worked with us and put it on a schedule that suited our day. Everything was great after that.
  The house was stocked with plenty of towels, dishes, and cookware. Be prepared, however, to buy any cooking basics down to the salt and pepper.
  We also purchased a couple pool toys and some card games to keep us occupied during our 5-day stay. Based on our time as a whole and knowing what we know now, we would definitely stay here again.

  The space was absolutely gorgeous. We were so pleasantly surprised with how big and spacious the place was. The house was VERY clean.
  
  The pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained.
  
  We only noted 2 issues that would not impede us from coming back. 1) We needed to contact the rental agency to turn the hot tub and pool heaters on, although they were responsive, it would have been nice to not go through that extra step. 2) The space did not supply a lot of hygiene products. For example, they supplied 1 roll of paper towels and total possibly 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, which can go quickly with a bigger group. Also, the hand soap was half soap/half water so it did not feel like we were getting our hands cleaned. No shampoo/conditioner/soap bars were included, which is not atypical for AIR BNB.
  
  These are just notes to know for visiting this space, just bring your own hygiene products.

  The property and location were great. Outside area around the pool was very relaxing. House was a great size for 6 of us and every couple had there own bathroom. Kitchen was nice but could have used some basics as in salt, pepper and a large frying pan. Pool/Hot tub were OK. Had to text a person if you wanted the heat on in either one but only one at a time. Was very frustrating and the hot tub wasn't hot. They control everything with an app and the app said 104 which wasn't close. Finally on the last day they brought an actual pool thermometer because they didn't believe us and the tub temp was 99. We stayed for 6 nights so the first 5 were a challenge with the pool/hot tub. Hope they get this figured out.

  From the moment we arrived, everything was exceptional! Check in instructions we're simple and clear. House was immaculately clean and matched the description perfectly. While the kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of pots, pans, plates, gadgets, etc, you will need to supply your own paper towels, spices, and other pantry staples. The pool and hot tub exceeded our expectations and Chris was always readily available to turn on the jets and lights for us. I'd highly recommend this property and am already planning to return soon!! Thanks for an outstanding vacation getaway!!

  Our family enjoyed our holiday at the villa with the pool being the highlight.
  Bedrooms are spacious with 2 dining areas we couldn’t have asked for more. The A/C was fantastic.
  Only downside was that we had to contact the manager everytime we wanted to use the hot tub and the pool could’ve benefited from having instructions on how to clean it.
