KITCHEN:
- Nicely equipped kitchen has a gas stove and oven, coffee machine, tea kettle, toaster, blender, cookware, glassware,
refrigerator, freezer, and microwave.
- Dishes, flatware and glassware provided for eating in.

STUDIO:
- Footloose sleeps 2-4 guests in a comfortable bed and optional airbed.
- Pac and Play provided.
- Premium air mattress available for 2 additional guests upon request.

BATHROOMS: (1)
- Shower
- Starter set of toiletries (toilet paper, soap and shampoo) and plush towels and beach towels. A hairdryer is also available.

GUEST ACCESS:
- Coin operated laundry room.
- Small community balcony with chairs.
- The personalized self check-in instructions will be sent three days prior to arrival.

INTERNET: Highspeed and wireless throughout.

CLEANING:
- All of our properties are professionally cleaned and sanitized up to CDC guidelines and inspected before each stay to
ensure your safety.
- Washer and dryer with a starter set of laundry pods provided.

LOGISTICS:
- Check-in: 4:00 PM.
- Check-out: 11:00 AM.
- An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about availability and pricing.

TV's: Smart TV with access to log into your favorite streaming channels.

GARBAGE: Bins are located at the Southwest corner of the building.

PARTIES & EVENTS: We do not allow parties, receptions or events. If you have any questions regarding entertaining on the property please contact us.

PARKING: Parking must be paid for exclusively through the City of Hollywood Parking Portal. A link will be included in your check in instructions.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS: ValGal isn’t responsible for any package delivery or personal belongings left at the property after check out.

  We Love it. It was a nice area so unbelievable close to the beach and many different places, restaurants. The apartment is exactly like the pictures beautiful and with everything you need in the kitchen, bed super comfortable, bathroom beautiful and with everything you need , super clean love it thanks again we will be back for sure

  El departamento tiene buena ambientación, pintoresco,limpieza excelente,cama confortable, ducha perfecta. Sábanas y toallas impecables. Cocina y vajilla súper completa con electrodomésticos. Excelente ubicación a media cuadra de la playa.
  El día de salida nos permitieron hacer el check out más tarde pagando un adicional. Ya que nuestro vuelo salía a la noche.
  NO tiene estacionamiento aunque esté publicado en la página de Booking “como estacionamiento gratuito en las inmediaciones “ Cuando hice el reclamo me contestaron a través de mensaje que la unidad no contaba con ese servicio.En la calle es pago y hay pocos espacios libres. Nosotros terminamos pagando en el Ayuntamiento ( como nos asesoró el arrendatario)el permiso por un mes que salía más barato que el parking.
  El terrible ruido del aire acondicionado no permitió que pudiéramos descansar durante la noche.
  Fue muy complicado hacer la gestión de reserva ( a diferencia de otras que hicimos en booking )ya que la propiedad era administrada por una compañía de rentas Val Gal a la cual tuvimos que firmar contratos en inglés , escanear, traducir y mandarlos nuevamente firmados. ( cosa que jamás tuvimos que hacer por Booking)

  This property is in a great location. It's as pictured and clean. My only issues were that the air conditioner in the bedroom was extremely loud and the bed was firm. I'm used to sleeping in silence and on a softer mattress.

  I stayed here with my wife and kids for almost a week and it was a great time. Lovely space, very modern with a beautiful white/gold aesthetic with close proximity to the ocean and boardwalk. We were initially going to stay a full week but the airline cancelled our initial flight back and could only rebook a day prior. They were very helpful in allowing us to readjust our stay to 6 days instead of 7 without any extra charge. I would highly recommend!

  Un endroit magnifiquement situé près du boardwalk! L’appartement avec sa chambre fermée est parfait pour se sentir comme à la maison!
  La communication avec le locuteur est facile!
  Pas très loin du port Everglades, très utile pour les croisiéristes et aussi près de l’aéroport!

  We were 1 block from the Hollywood Beach Broadwalk overlooking the blue ocean. The beach is very clean and many restaurants to walk to.
  The bed was very comfortable and nice large shower. Nice towels for shower. Beach chairs were provided on the small side but doable. The only negative was no free parking if you have a car. Better to not have a car. Parking is $4 per hour. We did not have one, so worked out fine. Very clean and properly management answers all questions quickly.
