- All of our properties are professionally cleaned and sanitized up to CDC guidelines and inspected before each stay to ensure your safety.
- Washer and dryer with a starter set of laundry pods provided.

LOGISTICS:

- Check-out: 11:00 AM.
- An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about availability and pricing.

TV's: Smart TV with access to log into your favorite streaming channels.

GARBAGE: Bins are located at the Southwest corner of the building.

PARKING: Parking must be paid for exclusively through the City of Hollywood Parking Portal. A link will be included in your check in instructions.

  Better off and probably cheaper at the Marriot nearby. It said available parking with ad. False statement. No parking cones with condo. Street parking if you can find is $5.00 a hour. We returned our rental car. Add 120.00 a day into your daily rate and possibility of car damage, theft or ticket and your much better off with motel that has secure parking.

  Location was good. You have to pay for parking id you lucky to get a spot. There is a parking garage 2 blocks down, also you must pay. Room was okay but you can make breakfast on the stove from the bed also grab a drink from the fridge while still laying in bed.. paper towels were dirty, Keurig stil had coffee grinds not the pod either. We Couldnt get the tv to work. To top it off went to take a Shower, there wasnt any hot water, did a quick rinse all I could handle. We didnt stay the 2nd night as I needed to take a hot shower and paying for parking would have broke the bank. They should include the parking pass from the city its a $110. Im sure they get at least 2 stays a month to include an extra fee of $50 to accommodate the cost. If they get 3 or 4 for stays, they make more money.

  I have such mixed feelings about this rental. It's in an ideal location. It's a decent size for 1-2 people for a few days. Check-in was a breeze with a door code. It was $82 per night plus another $64 per night in fees and taxes.
  It's not the cleanest. The floorboards were really dirty and there were some hairs on the wall. The microwave did not work.
  The first issue we had was when the inebriated neighbor popped up behind me to "help" as I put in the door code. I text the number I was given and 2 1/2 hours later received a text stating that the owner would change the code the next day. The next day we packed up our important belongings and carried them around in a backpack. I heard nothing from the company. When we returned that night, the code had been changed, and I had to contact the after hours number for the code. The microwave was not fixed.
  We checked out a day early, but I forgot my sweatshirt. I reached out by text again and received a quicker response. After some back and forth, I was told to go to the unit, knock three times (in case they re-rented it out) and go in for the sweatshirt. I was at least grateful for the quicker response.
  Again, fantastic location but I won't rent through this company again and, based on the fees, probably not through Expedia/VRBO again.

  Absolutely a must, great space, clean, best location, steps away from the beach, and convenient. Great for a single person or a couple that wants to be at the beach, since there's no reason to stay indoors. Fabulous new bathroom and appliances, the towels could do with an upgrade and don't expect toiletries other than that no issues I would book it again.

  The Lysol smell so strong and over powering. The washer and dryer facility did not work, after the Lysol smell dissipated, then it was an odor of mildew. The main concern was we were not aware that parking was not included until we got our code and confirmation sent to us. This was a very big hindrance unloading and then loading the extra amount of money which was $119.00 I had to pay for five days. Hollywood Florida parking said there was nothing less to offer. We have been coming to Hollywood Florida for the past five years. I’m sad to say that I will not revisit this unit or recommend it.

  It was a great weekend, literally steps from the boardwalk. If you could find parking in front, that's great. I enjoyed it. It was clean and you set up your blanket. You could have your cocktails in your room and just walk back-and-forth and use your own bathroom, fantastic place in the heart of everything. We definitely stay there again.
