- Provided with a starter set toilet paper and plush towels. A hairdryer is also available.

INTERNET:
- Highspeed and wireless throughout.

GUEST ACCESS:
- The personalized self-check-in instructions will be sent three days prior to arrival.
- Coin operated laundry room.

CLEANING:
- All of our properties are professionally cleaned and sanitized and inspected before each stay to ensure your safety.
- Starter dishwasher pods are provided
- Starter set of laundry pods provided.

LOGISTICS:
- Check-in: 4:00 PM.
- Check-out: 11:00 AM.
- An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about availability and pricing.

TV's: 2 Smart Tv with access to log into your favorite streaming channels.

GARBAGE:
- Dumpster is through the breezeway to the parking lot straight ahead.


PARTIES & EVENTS: We do not allow parties, receptions or events. This is our most important rule that can result in the termination of your reservation along with additional fees. If you have any questions regarding entertaining on the property please contact us.

  The location was perfect! The beach is just steps away. If you’re looking for a beach getaway, I’d recommend an uber from the airport then hunker down for your stay. Everything you need is along the boardwalk. Would definitely stay here again if I go back to the area.

  This was a great stay overall. The location is great, just steps from the beach. You are very close to many restaurants and shops, and there is a convenient store right across the street. We didn’t rent a car, and there was honestly no need to. The property manager is very responsive to questions and/or problems. I would definitely recommend staying here with 2 people. It is kind of small, so would be a tight fit for 4.

  My sister and I stayed in a second floor condo just up the street from the boardwalk at Hollywood Beach. The location was perfect, toward the northern end of the boardwalk which was a little quieter. The condo itself was fine for 2 of us, with a comfortable fold-out couch in the living room. It is located on the second floor with steep cement steps necessary to climb, which might to be easy for some guests.

  This place was fantastic for a relaxing stay! The condo itself was very clean and comfortable. The bed was quite spacious, and the couch provided ample room for my mom to sleep soundly. We especially appreciated the strong air conditioning and the reliable Wi-Fi. Having beach towels provided was a nice touch, and there were plenty for both the beach and the bathroom.
  
  The location was unbeatable! It was less than a block from the beautiful beach, and there were numerous restaurants within walking distance. There's even a convenient little market nearby that stocked pretty much everything we needed.
  
  My only hiccup with the stay was the parking situation. The instructions I received for parking weren't entirely clear, and despite having the car tag, I ended up with a parking ticket. While I understand there might have been a registration process, it seemed a bit expensive for a one-day stay. My recommendation to future guests would be to clarify parking instructions thoroughly before arrival. It would have been much appreciated if the instructions had been a bit more user-friendly.
  
  Despite the parking confusion, the staff was incredibly responsive whenever I contacted them. The only thing I truly regret is the parking misunderstanding.
  
  Overall, this condo offered a great location, comfortable space, and excellent amenities. With a little more clarity on parking, this would be a perfect 5-star stay!

  What an amazing spot! If you’re looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of the Johnson street area this place is it. The apartment is freshly remodeled and comfortable. Full size kitchen, beautiful bathroom, great tvs. The few things I would knit pick would be it needs a better dresser for clothing, and there is only one proper beach chair. Other than that this place is amazing. Will definitely stay again on our yearly trip to our hometown of Hollywood.

  Great spot so close to the beach with beach views. Kitchen is well stocked, shower had good water pressure. The place was very clean! We had a fantastic stay, was great to be able to walk the boardwalk and check out shops and restaurants!

  Great area and pretty quiet. Didn't have to bother the host not one time! She provides everything you could possibly need for a rental. Only one restaurant which is 35 seconds from the rental and the beach was 40 seconds away!🙂 Put your best walking shoes on for the next variety of restaurants maybe 1 long excruciating mile!🙂 parking is limited but there was a spot every evening when we got back to the rental. Only hiccups need a dish drainer for the dishes and the floor had hair from previous rental but other than that it was great stay!
