OUTDOOR SPACE:
- Large, private heated, screened in swimming pool and outdoor patio with loungers.
-The patio has a stainless steel BBQ grill that uses propane and a covered outdoor dining area
(Propane tanks are available upon request for a $40 charge)

LIVING AREA:
- Formal dining room seats 8
- Large Sofa in the living room with a large smart TV.
- Breakfast Area in the kitchen

KITCHEN: Fully stocked chef’s kitchen has all top of the line appliances and features. Coffee machine, tea kettle, toaster, blender, Ice maker, cookware, glassware, dishwasher, refrigerator with filtered water dispenser, freezer, and microwave.

BEDROOMS: (4)
Highland House sleeps10 guests in comfortable beds. The 4, large bedrooms all have Smart TV's.
- Crib, Pac and Play and high chair on site.
- Premium Air mattress available for a $25 delivery fee.

BATHROOMS: (2)
-All bathrooms are provided with a starter set of toiletries (soap and shampoo) and plush towels. A hairdryer is also available.
-3 of the bedrooms connect to bathrooms.

INTERNET: Highspeed and wireless throughout.

GUEST ACCESS:
- This fully fenced property is yours for your private enjoyment.
- The personalized self check-in instructions will be sent three days prior to arrival.

CLEANING:
- All of our properties are professionally cleaned and sanitized up to CDC guidelines and inspected before each stay to ensure your safety.
- Starter dishwasher pods are provided
- Washer and dryer with a starter set of laundry pods provided.

LOGISTICS:
- Check-in: 4:00 PM.
- Check-out: 11:00 AM.
- An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about availability and pricing.

TV's: All five (5) of our TV's are Smart with access to log into your favorite streaming channels.

MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE:
- Weekly Landscaping service usually on Wednesdays or Thursdays in the morning.
- Weekly Pool cleaning service usually on Mondays and Thursdays in the morning.

POOL: Pool is heated for a $15 per day service fee. Please note there is no lifeguard on duty and we ask that all guests enjoy the pool responsibly. The property owner is not liable for any pool-related accidents, drowning, or bodily harm/personal injuries. No diving is permitted. No glass is permitted in or near the pool, the kitchen is supplied with plastic cups.

GARBAGE: The city of Hollywood removes garbage every Tuesday and Friday morning, the garbage cans are in the alley through the back gate. Please put recyclables in the recycle bin and trash in the regular trash bin.

PARTIES & EVENTS: We do not allow parties, receptions or events. The home is located in a residential neighborhood and local ordinances dictate no excessively loud music or noise after 10PM. This is our most important rule that can result in the termination of your reservation along with additional fees. If you have any questions regarding entertaining on the property please contact us.

PARKING: The driveway is located in front of the property and accommodates three (4) cars. Please refrain from parking on the street or on the lawn.

PETS: Pets are permitted upon request, please note, there is a $120 pet sanitation fee per pet for the duration of your stay.


PERSONAL BELONGINGS: ValGal isn’t responsible for any package delivery or personal belongings left at the property after check out.

  Wonderful, private, management was always available and responsive if I had questions. 24/7. The swimming pool was 85°. A perfect temperature. The house is spacious and very well laid out. Everybody had their own room and privacy. The house is well equipped with everything we needed -kitchen, . plenty of towels, beach towels, etc. nicely furnished.. each bedroom and the living room has aTV. I can’t say enough good about the house. It’s a little bit expensive but worth it. We would rent it again.

  We had a great time. House isjust as described. Easy in and out. Pool was perfect. We use VRBO's a lot. This is one of the cleanest we've ever stayed at. Close enough to beach and casino to enjoy both. Also not too far from Miami/South Beach. No complaints at all.

  Had a great time in this house. Awesome heated pool, so warm! Adults and the kids had a great time swimming every day. Spacious rooms and big closets. Kitchen was great, yard was fun for the kids to run around in. Great location.

  This house is amazing. We stayed here last year as the first family to ever stay since they listed as a vacation home. Ppl who stay here are way too rough. It was unbelievable to see a perfect house and how the wear on it a year later from rental ppl was. Treat it like you own it and someone was staying at your place! Rant over. We love the location and neighborhood. We've stayed other places closer to the beach and this is definitely worth the short drive. From here you can easily go in other directions. House has everything you need. There's a huge park nearby, nice playgrounds too. All stores and shopping isn't far plus a decent restaurant selection. Starbucks is 4 mins away and Dunkin is 8 in the opposite direction. The pool is always warm. The house was very clean, extremely spacious. The host brought more towels when we asked. AC was just perfect. Just wondering if I shouldn't write such a good review since apparently people who can't respect the place have stayed there and we'd like to come back again. (Just so we know what I mean- there's a gorgeous wood table in the dining area and it has a stain on it that isn't removable. You can tell this table wasn't cheap.) Just things like that.... anyway, the sliding doors are heavy and all lock. The two closest to the back both have alarms on them too.

  The central area with pool offers a reprieve from Miami heat with its shade and mosquito net. The space is also large enough to accommodate our big family. The back master stayed a little warmer than the rest of the house but overall this was a great place for our family. The owner also responded quickly to inquiries.
