- Fully stocked chef’s kitchen has all top of the line appliances and features.
- Coffee machine, tea kettle, toaster, blender, cookware, glassware, dishwasher, refrigerator with filtered water dispenser, freezer, and
microwave.

BEDROOMS: (2)
- King size bed s in both bedrooms
- 2 Queen sized sofa sleepers.
- Pac and Play and High Chair provided.

BATHROOMS: (2)
- Large Primary Bath has combination tub-shower, toilet and bidet.
- Second bathroom has combination tub-shower, toilet.
- All bathrooms are provided with a starter TP and plush towels. A hairdryer is also available.

INTERNET: High speed and wireless throughout.

GUEST ACCESS:
- All community areas including pool area, grills and outdoor dining areas.
- The personalized self-check-in instructions will be sent three days prior to arrival.
- Coin operated laundry room.

CLEANING:
- All of our properties are professionally cleaned and sanitized up to CDC guidelines and inspected.
- Starter dishwasher pods are provided
- Starter set of laundry pods provided.

LOGISTICS:
- Check-in: 4:00 PM.
- Check-out: 11:00 AM.
- An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about availability and pricing.

TV's: 3 Smart Tv with access to log into your favorite streaming channels.

POOL: Please note there is no lifeguard on duty and we ask that all guests enjoy the pool responsibly. The association is not liable for any pool-related accidents, drowning, or bodily harm/personal injuries. No diving is permitted. No glass is permitted in or near the pool, the kitchen is supplied with plastic cups.

GARBAGE:

PARTIES & EVENTS: We do not allow parties, receptions or events. This is our most important rule that can result in the termination of your reservation along with additional fees. If you have any questions regarding entertaining on the property please contact us.

PARKING: There is a dedicated parking spot on Harrison St. marked #41 just east of the building.


PERSONAL BELONGINGS: ValGal isn’t responsible for any package delivery or personal belongings left at the property after check out.

  I was happily surprised when I arrived. The unit is open, spacious and was very clean. The security features made me feel safe. The best thing, of course, is the proximity to the broadwalk and beach, which is a short half block walk away. There were a few minor issues: squeaky beds and the water was shut off for a few hours. Other than that, it was perfect and a great stay.

  Rental was as described. I saw that several people commented about the dark kitchen. It was dark. Not sure why brighter light has not been installed. I had to buy wash cloths as none were provided. If you are going to use the pool, be sure to get the gate code. We were not given it but ran into the maintenance guy. He gave it to us. The pool had a lot of algae and the pump was not on/working so it was over chlorinated. The location is very close to the beach and a few bars. The outside deck is nice.

  We could not have been more pleased with the stay and location! So many things we appreciated...the short walk to the beach, (mere seconds!!) the private/reserved parking spot, the quick access to the building, and a quick jaunt up the stairs to the apartment, and everything we needed in walking distance. The beach was beautiful and the apartment was perfect for our stay. I would stay again in a heartbeat!

  Absolutely fabulous property! Extremely clean and so big! The pool and beautiful deck with views of the ocean and beach. Comfortable beds and everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. One minute walk to the beach and boardwalk theatre is about 12. Location was fantastic! Lot’s of great restaurants in Hollywood Florida and shopping. Definitely my favourite rental and we will be back.
