OUTDOOR SPACE:
- Large, private swimming pool and outdoor patio with loungers.
-The patio has a stainless steel BBQ grill that uses propane and an outdoor dining area
(Propane tanks are available upon request for a $40 charge)

LIVING AREA:
- Formal dining room seats 8
- 3 couches with a large smart TV.
- Breakfast Bar for 2

KITCHEN: Fully stocked chef’s kitchen has all top of the line appliances and features. Coffee machine, tea kettle, toaster, blender, Ice maker, cookware, glassware, dishwasher, refrigerator with filtered water dispenser, freezer, and microwave.

BEDROOMS: (4)
The Malibu House sleeps 8 guests in comfortable beds. The 4, large bedrooms all have Smart TV's.
- Pac and Play and high chair on site.
- Premium Air mattress available for a $25 delivery fee.

BATHROOMS: (3)
All bathrooms are provided with a starter set of toiletries (soap and shampoo) and plush towels. A hairdryer is also available.

INTERNET: Highspeed and wireless throughout.

GUEST ACCESS:
- This fully fenced property is yours for your private enjoyment.
- The personalized self check-in instructions will be sent three days prior to arrival.

CLEANING:
- All of our properties are professionally cleaned and sanitized up to CDC guidelines and inspected before each stay to ensure your safety.
- Starter dishwasher pods are provided
- Washer and dryer with a starter set of laundry pods provided.

LOGISTICS:
- Check-in: 4:00 PM.
- Check-out: 11:00 AM.
- An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about availability and pricing.

TV's: All five (5) of our TV's are Smart with access to log into your favorite streaming channels.

MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE:
- Weekly Landscaping service usually on Wednesdays or Thursdays in the morning.
- Weekly Pool cleaning service usually on Mondays and Thursdays in the morning.



GARBAGE: The city of Hollywood removes garbage every Tuesday and Friday morning. We provide three garbage bins on the side of the house. We ask that you please put out any used garbage bins in the front of the driveway Monday night and Thursday night prior to collection. If you could please bring the bins back by the side of the house we would appreciate it.

PARTIES & EVENTS: We do not allow parties, receptions or events. The home is located in a residential neighborhood and local ordinances dictate no excessively loud music or noise after 10PM. This is our most important rule that can result in the termination of your reservation along with additional fees. If you have any questions regarding entertaining on the property please contact us.

PARKING: The driveway is located in front of the property and accommodates three (3) cars. Please refrain from parking on the street or on the lawn.

PETS: Pets are permitted upon request, please note, there is a $120 pet sanitation fee per pet for the duration of your stay.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS: ValGal isn’t responsible for any package delivery or personal belongings left at the property after check out.

  Very disappointed with this property, right from the start of the booking we requested the pool heat as one of our party required a warm pool to help exercise a previous injury, we agreed to the additional cost, on arrival we noted the pool reading on the heater, the next morning it had dropped in temp, after realising there was no heat, we contacted the Valgal who promptly sent Chris round, he confirmed that the heater was not working, the owner was informed that the heater was faulty but could be replaced that afternoon, he declined to repair, other faults were the washing machine did not work correctly, it washed but did not drain, the Tv in the main lounge could only be used for streaming no free channels.
  Veronica and Chris from Valgal were fantastic, they acted immediately and offered an alternative property and moved us out, there is no hot tub that has become the pools fountain, owners have a responsibility to the agent to make sure that the property meets the standard advertised, it was unfair the owner putting Valgal in this position.
  I will defiantly rent from Valgal again just not this property, there service was first class shame about the owner.

  The location of this home was excellent for our visit to the Fort Lauderdale / Miami area. The floor plan was ideal for our party of 6. The home needs some repair and improvements but functioned well for our needs.

  As said, overall very good.
  But the pool area and the mosqitos did draw back the experience. Very much debris on the ground and in the pool area. So if your are planning to stay here take bugspray, or be prepared to stay inside. And we were also mistaken that some channels were avaible on the tv, but no, you do have the possibility to log in with your Netflix account etc. because it have smart tvs. be awere..

  I recently had the pleasure of staying at Casa Malibu for five days, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. From start to finish, our experience was nothing short of exceptional.
  
  The property itself is a true gem. Cleanliness was top-notch, earning a well-deserved five stars. Every room was impeccably maintained, and the entire house exuded a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere.
  
  Communication with the host was seamless and efficient. Any queries we had were promptly addressed, making the entire process smooth and stress-free.
  
  Casa Malibu is incredibly spacious, comfortably accommodating our group of five adults and two children. The layout of the house allowed everyone to have their own space while still enjoying communal areas together.
  
  One of the highlights of our stay was the pool. It was a perfect spot for relaxation and fun, especially for the kids. The outdoor area was well-maintained and provided a great environment for both daytime and evening enjoyment.
  
  In summary, Casa Malibu exceeded all our expectations. It's a perfect getaway for families or groups looking for a clean, spacious, and well-managed vacation rental. We would definitely return and highly recommend it to others. Five stars all around!

  overall, things went very well. The backyard and pool area wasn’t a stunning as it was in pictures, but it still served our needs. They’re only three lounge chairs and more of us wanted to lounge at once. There were a few issues, but was very responsive and sent someone out immediately to take care of them.

  Was a very clean and beautiful location. We had 7 adults and loved that we all had our own bedroom and bathroom. Pool was perfect and had plenty of plates and utensils. I will say take some bug spray the nuseams bugs were biting!!!!

  The property management company was very hard to work with prior to us arriving at the property, once we were at the property they were much more responsive. The property needs more kitchen utensils, towels, beach equipment and the pool is not holding water. Overall for the amount we spent the house was okay.

  The location of the house is amazing. Very close to the beach and the grocery store. I would say that and having a pool is the only thing that made the house worth the price (as well as having 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms - hard to find when having a big family vacation and you want to stay together). Everything else was pretty basic, the flooring in some areas weren't even finished and my grandmother kept stubbing her toe by the front door where the tile was missing. One of the shower drains was clogged and the toilet in the same bathroom wouldn't flush half the time. I was also hit with an extra booking fee on top of what I already paid (a booking fee is included in VRBO's fees...). Yes, there is an extra fee for the pool being heated, it is worth it in the cooler months, but when I called the property manager (not VRBO) if it was already included, she said yes, but then it actually wasn't and I was surprised to see more money being charged (a total of $100 over). Again, the pool heating is worth it and I understand the fee, I was just told it was already included when it wasn't. Beds were comfy. Wifi was a little iffy. Hair dryers are awful- bring your own!
