OUTDOOR SPACE:
- Large, private heated swimming pool and outdoor patio with loungers.
-The patio has a stainless steel BBQ grill that uses propane and an outdoor dining area
(Propane tanks are available upon request for a $40 charge)

LIVING AREA:
- Formal dining room seats up to 8
- Queen Sofa bed in the living room
- Couch with a large smart TV.

KITCHEN: Fully stocked chef’s Cafe appliances. There is a coffee machine, tea kettle, toaster, blender, Ice maker, cookware, glassware, dishwasher, refrigerator with filtered water dispenser, ice maker, freezer, and microwave.

BEDROOMS: (3)
Casa Maria sleeps 6 guests in comfortable beds. The 3, large bedrooms all have Smart TV's.
- Pac and Play and premium air mattress provided upon request for an additional $25 charge each.

BATHROOMS: (2)
Both bathrooms are provided with a starter set of toiletries (tp, soap and shampoo) and plush towels. A hairdryer is also available.

INTERNET: Highspeed and wireless throughout.

GUEST ACCESS:
- This fully fenced property is yours for your private enjoyment.
- The personalized self check-in instructions will be sent three days prior to arrival.

CLEANING:
- All of our properties are professionally cleaned and sanitized up to CDC guidelines and inspected before each stay to ensure your safety.
- Starter dishwasher pods are provided
- Washer and dryer with a starter set of laundry pods provided.

LOGISTICS:
- Check-in: 4:00 PM.
- Check-out: 11:00 AM.
- An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about availability and pricing.

TV's: All of our TV's are Smart with access to log into your favorite streaming channels.

MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE:
- Weekly Landscaping service usually on Wednesdays or Thursdays in the morning.
- Weekly Pool cleaning service usually on Mondays and Thursdays in the morning.

POOL: Pool is heated for a $15 per day service fee. Please note there is no lifeguard on duty and we ask that all guests enjoy the pool responsibly. The property owner is not liable for any pool-related accidents, drowning, or bodily harm/personal injuries. No diving is permitted. No glass is permitted in or near the pool, the kitchen is supplied with plastic cups.

GARBAGE: We ask that you please put out any used garbage bins in the front of the driveway Sunday night and Wednesday night prior to collection. If you could please bring the bins back by the side of the house we would appreciate it. The city of Pompano Beach removes garbage every Monday and Thursday morning. We provide three garbage bins on the side of the house.

PARTIES & EVENTS: We do not allow parties, receptions or events. The home is located in a residential neighborhood and local ordinances dictate no excessively loud music or noise after 10PM. This is our most important rule that can result in the termination of your reservation along with additional fees. If you have any questions regarding entertaining on the property please contact us.

PARKING: The driveway is located in front of the property and accommodates two (2) cars. Please refrain from parking on the street or on the lawn.

PETS: Pets are permitted upon request, please note, there is a $120 pet sanitation fee per pet for the duration of your stay.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS: ValGal isn’t responsible for any package delivery or personal belongings left at the property after check out.

  Second time staying at the Casa Maria. Both visits were thoroughly enjoyable. The inside of the house has everything you would need providing all the comforts of home. Very clean and everything operational. Outside there were a few deficiencies most of which VGA personnel attended to immediately. Veronika do, Chris and Frank are professional and dependable representatives of Valgal Who go over in above to ensure your stay is enjoyable.
  The only recommendation I would have is that Val gal hold the owner of the house more accountable for what is advertised and to update photos to accurately represent the state of property. A few upgrades and landscaping would make the world of difference to this property that has a ton of potential.
  The customer service from Valgal is what sets them apart from the rest.
  This is the reason we are and will continue to be return clients.

  We had a great time staying in this home! From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted by a lovely coastal aesthetic! It has a nice floor plan and the management has great communication! The beds in both of the big bedrooms are extremely comfortable, we didn’t use the third bedroom! The kitchen had everything we needed when we did cook, which was rare because it was located to so many great restaurants! We drove everywhere from Miami to Del Ray beach and everywhere in between so the location was perfect!

  Overall, we enjoyed our stay in Pompano Beach and 610 Casa Maria. However, there were a number of issues that previous reviewers had noted about the property that was still a problem during our stay plus a couple of other issues we found.
  
  Highlights:
  - House located in easy to access, nice quiet area. No canal traffic behind the house or traffic on the street.
  - The house seemed adequately cleaned
  - Several comfortable areas to crash and watch TV.
  - The kitchen was a nice space to use
  - Having two master bedrooms with King-sized beds was a plus.
  - The best part by far was the heated pool.
  
  Issues:
  - The house smelled very strongly of mold, though only found one area we could see.
  - Others had reported that there are no bathroom vents/fans and that was indeed a very significant problem for moisture (likely the cause of mold too).
  - Others reported that patio furniture was covered in mildew or was in very poor condition. We found that to be the case and the furniture felt unusable as a result.
  - A primary cabinet in the kitchen had one of its hinges broken and it was unrepaired before our arrival (the door kept falling off)
  - The BBQ grill was barely holding together it was so badly rusted out; clearly, it had never been cleaned and was so full of grease that it caught fire while trying to use it. Also, no grilling utensils are available.
  - The back of the house had some open damage to the siding. Didn't impact our stay, but should be fixed.
  - Clearly, the house plumbing to the street needs attention. There were all sorts of warnings bout using TP safe for septic systems (which we heeded), but even with very careful use, the system drained very slowly and was easily stopped up. I don't think the renters should bear the burden of 'taking extreme care' when it just needs repair; albeit likely an expensive repair on the mainline to the sewer.
