OUTDOOR SPACE:

-The patio has a stainless steel BBQ grill that uses propane and an outdoor dining area
(Propane tanks are available upon request for a $40 charge)

LIVING AREA:
- Formal dining room seats up to 8
- Sleeper Sofa with a large smart TV.

KITCHEN: Fully stocked kitchen has all top of the line appliances and features. Coffee machine, tea kettle, toaster, blender, Ice maker, cookware, glassware, dishwasher, refrigerator with filtered water dispenser, freezer, and microwave.

BEDROOMS: (4)
The Blue Pearl sleeps 10 guests in comfortable beds. The 4, large bedrooms all have Smart TV's.

- Queen sized sofa sleeper
- Premium Air mattress available for a $25 delivery fee.

BATHROOMS: (2)
All bathrooms are provided with a starter set of toiletries (TP, soap and shampoo) and plush towels. A hairdryer is also available.

INTERNET: Highspeed and wireless throughout.

GUEST ACCESS:
- This fully fenced property is yours for your private enjoyment.
- The personalized self check-in instructions will be sent three days prior to arrival.

CLEANING:
All of our properties are professionally cleaned and sanitized up to CDC guidelines and inspected before each stay to ensure your safety.
- Starter dishwasher pods are provided
- Washer and dryer with a starter set of laundry pods provided.

LOGISTICS:
- Check-in: 4:00 PM.
- Check-out: 11:00 AM.
- An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about availability and pricing.

TV's: All five (5) of our TV's are Smart with access to log into your favorite streaming channels.

MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE:
- Weekly Landscaping service usually on Wednesdays or Thursdays in the morning.
- Weekly Pool cleaning service usually on Mondays and Fridays in the morning.

POOL: Pool is heated for a $15 per day service fee. Please note there is no lifeguard on duty and we ask that all guests enjoy the pool responsibly. The property owner is not liable for any pool-related accidents, drowning, or bodily harm/personal injuries. No diving is permitted. No glass is permitted in or near the pool, the kitchen is supplied with plastic cups.

GARBAGE: We ask that you please put out any used garbage bins in the front of the driveway Sunday night and Wednesday night prior to collection. If you could please bring the bins back by the side of the house we would appreciate it. The city of Pompano Beach removes garbage every Monday and Thursday morning. We provide three garbage bins on the side of the house.

PARTIES & EVENTS: We do not allow parties, receptions or events. The home is located in a residential neighborhood and local ordinances dictate no excessively loud music or noise after 10PM. This is our most important rule that can result in the termination of your reservation along with additional fees. If you have any questions regarding entertaining on the property please contact us.

PARKING: The driveway is located in front of the property and accommodates three (3) cars. Please refrain from parking on the street or on the lawn.

PETS: Pets are permitted upon request, please note, there is a $120 pet sanitation fee per pet for the duration of your stay.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS: ValGal isn’t responsible for any package delivery or personal belongings left at the property after check out.

  Inside the home clean as always with ValGal
  Couch could use replacing no support been around a while.
  Shower water never got very hot
  Fridge ice maker not working
  Outside in desperate need of landscaping and TLC
  Bbq fire pit area very run down and extremely uninviting the BBQ was so old and broken down
  Pool temp never rose above 77 only one jet and hardly ever on.
  
  As always great service from Vernoika and Chris. My recommendation would be for ValGal to hold the owners of this property more accountable. Do spot checks and see if up to standards.
  
  The property has potential but needs attention.
  Still love ValGal and will look forward to our next rental at another property.

  Property was accurately described and shown. It was very clean and well-maintained. The owner was very responsive to our questions. Kitchen was well equipped, very comfortable beds, very nice bath towels, with many additional towels designated for the pool. Pool was very large and cleaned twice while we were there. Locks were not working properly and were quickly replaced with new and easier to use for entry. The only downside to this property is the bedroom that is next to the living area (separated only by sliding doors) and has a bathroom within that room that is the main bathroom used by everyone. The other bathroom is in the master bedroom. It is accurately shown in photos but be conscious of that if you're planning to have someone sleep in that room. Minor things - new sofas would be appropriate and new, easier to maintain furniture around the pool. Some pool "toys" for kids and adults would be a nice addition too. We very much enjoyed the home.

  We are repeat guests. We come for the sparkling 35 ft pool, comfy beds and unfussy/low maintenance. Val and the management office is responsive, the pool and appliance maintenance staff are all diligent and truly nice people who want you to have the best experience possible. Three bedrooms, plus a daybed “swing space” in a separate area off the living room with sliding louver doors. One bathroom is en suite, the other is off that last room/area. The neighbors are quiet and the location is 10 minutes walk drive or bike from everything; Pompano Park, gym, beach, hOMe yoga, movies and 2 supermarkets. Could use new couches.

  The house is a great place to relax. Although only 2 couples stayed at the house, two other couples staying at their place spent a great deal of time at ours! Loved the heated pool and outdoor grill. The kitchen was everything we needed including a washer and dryer. Loved the big table for meals and card playing. We managed with only two bathrooms, but it would have been more challenging if we had a third and/or fourth couple staying with us. Everything was very clean and neat. We loved being in a quiet neighborhood close to Publix, restaurants, and the beach. Nice neighborhood to walk through.

  House was great. However bathroom situation was strange. Main bathroom was tiny with a shower and the big bathroom was in the master suite. There were only 3 of us so it wasn’t a problem but if there had been more people, that would have been a major inconvenience. Should be a jack and Jill bath for the other 2 bedrooms. Great location! Close to everything . Pool was huge and well taken care of. There was an extra charge that no one ever explained to me after several requests.
