OUTDOOR SPACE:

-The patio has a stainless steel BBQ grill that uses propane and an outdoor dining area
(Propane tanks are available upon request for a $40 charge)

LIVING AREA:
- Formal dining room seats up to 8
- Oversized leather couches with large smart TVs.

KITCHEN: Fully stocked kitchen has all top of the line appliances and features. Coffee machine, tea kettle, toaster, blender, cookware, glassware, dishwasher, refrigerator with filtered water dispenser, freezer, and microwave.

BEDROOMS: (3)
Casa Del Sol offers 3 large bedrooms all have Smart TV's.
- Pac and Play and highchair on site.
- Queen sized sofa sleeper
- Premium Air mattress available for a $25 delivery fee.

BATHROOMS: (2)
Bathrooms are provided with a starter set of toiletries (TP, handwashing soap) and plush towels. A hairdryer is also available.

INTERNET: Highspeed and wireless throughout.

GUEST ACCESS:
- This fully fenced property is yours for your private enjoyment.
- The personalized self-check-in instructions will be sent three days before arrival.

CLEANING:
- All of our properties are professionally cleaned and sanitized up to CDC guidelines and inspected before each stay to ensure your safety.
- Starter Dishwasher pods are provided
- Washer and dryer with a starter set of laundry pods provided.

LOGISTICS:
- Check-in: 4:00 PM.
- Check-out: 11:00 AM.
- An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about availability and pricing.

TV's: All four (4) of our TV's are Smart with access to log into your favorite streaming channels.

MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE:
- Weekly Landscaping service usually on Wednesdays or Thursdays in the morning.
- Weekly Pool cleaning service usually on Mondays and Thursdays in the morning.

POOL: Pool is heated for a $15 per day service fee. Please note there is no lifeguard on duty and we ask that all guests enjoy the pool responsibly. The property owner is not liable for any pool-related accidents, drowning, or bodily harm/personal injuries. No diving is permitted. No glass is permitted in or near the pool, the kitchen is supplied with plastic cups.

GARBAGE: The city of Dania Beach removes garbage every Monday and Thursday morning. We provide three garbage bins on the side of the house. We ask that you please put out any used garbage bins in the front of the driveway Sunday night and Wednesday night prior to collection. If you could please bring the bins back by the side of the house we would appreciate it.

PARTIES & EVENTS: We do not allow parties, receptions or events. The home is located in a residential neighborhood and local ordinances dictate no excessively loud music or noise after 10PM. This is our most important rule that can result in the termination of your reservation along with additional fees. If you have any questions regarding entertaining on the property please contact us.

PARKING: The driveway is located in front of the property and accommodates two (2) cars. Please refrain from parking on the street or on the lawn.

PETS: Pets are permitted upon request, please note, there is a $120 pet sanitation fee per pet for the duration of your stay.


PERSONAL BELONGINGS: ValGal isn’t responsible for any package delivery or personal belongings left at the property after check out.

  This was the first home I booked through a site like Airbnb, VRBO, etc so I was nervous that it wouldn't be exactly as described or shown in the pictures. I was also a little nervous about the neighborhood, since we are a family from a rural area. Everything was great! Good neighborhood, house was super clean and smelled great right when we walked in. Extra towels and linens available. The pool was great for our kids. Every room looked like the picture. Thank you for making our trip to Miami a great one!

  Check in and out was super easy. Everything was great. New pots and pans and a few Pyrex covered dishes would be beneficial; however, we made the kitchen supplies work. The kids especially enjoyed the pool and the fenced in backyard. The beds were very comfortable! We will return.

  We enjoyed the property, well located, very nice pool, the size of the house makes it comfortable. It does seem to be getting a little dated though. The refrigerator wasn't working properly, several supplies (Wash cloths, towels, pool towels) were either missing or ripped with several spots on them.

  The property description was spot on. It was clean, contained all the utensils we needed. We did not need to contact a property rep during our stay.   Check in was easy. The place was clean, except the floors had a sticky film on them and I had to remop with a towel and water. The cleaners must have used to much product. The rooms were well appointed and there was plenty of towels for the bath and pool. Master bath had great shower pressure but the guest bath did not, that should be looked into. It would be nice if there were more dishtowels, they only had one. Kitchen sink is quirky and tends to drip if you don't shut it off just right, but kitchen was well appointed and a nice size. Kitchen table was great for all to gather and eat. The appliances were great except for the dishwasher that the hinges seem to be broken on. A recycling can is needed in the kitchen. This would help with keeping the trash down. The outside trash was full and the recycling was empty. We made our own recycling bin inside with a box. The beds were comfy, but be careful of the bed frames they stick out and you hit your shins on them. Our biggest issue was the front foor. Our dog was able to unlock it and it easily pops open. Our dog got out, but luckily, we retrieved him quickly with out incident. After that we put a chair in front of the door. Keep in mind toddlers could easily go out the front door. The living room was nicely appointed for all of us to gather and watch tv. The pool was very nice. But 3 lounges were broken so only one lounge. I recommend bringing pool floats. The dog loved the yard it was clean and secure. The location is great. Close to beach and airport. We loved watching the planes fly while chilling at the pool.
