OUTDOOR SPACE:
- Large, outdoor patio with loungers tables and chairs with umbrellas.
-The patio has a stainless steel BBQ grill that uses propane and an outdoor dining area
(Propane tanks are available upon request for a $40 charge)

LIVING AREA:
- Formal dining room seats up to 12
- Oversized couch with a large TV.
- Dining bar with 3 stools

KITCHEN: Fully stocked chef’s kitchen has all top of the line appliances and features. Coffee machine, tea kettle, toaster, blender, Ice maker, cookware, glassware, dishwasher, refrigerator with filtered water dispenser, freezer, and microwave.

BEDROOMS: (4)
The Beach Place sleeps 12 guests in comfortable beds. The 4, large bedrooms all have Smart TV's.
- Pac and Play and high chairs on site.
- Premium Air mattress available for a $25 delivery fee.

BATHROOMS: (3)
All bathrooms are provided with a starter set of toiletries (TP, soap and shampoo) and plush towels. A hairdryer is also available.

INTERNET: Highspeed and wireless throughout.

GUEST ACCESS:
- Large back patio with BBQ, table and chairs and chaise lounges.
- The personalized self check-in instructions will be sent three days prior to arrival.

CLEANING:
- All of our properties are professionally cleaned and sanitized up to CDC guidelines and inspected before each stay to ensure your safety.
- Starter dishwasher pods are provided
- Washer and dryer with a starter set of laundry pods provided.

LOGISTICS:
- Check-in: 4:00 PM.
- Check-out: 11:00 AM.
- An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about availability and pricing.

TV's: All of our TV's are Smart with access to log into your favorite streaming channels.

MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE:
- Weekly Landscaping service usually on Wednesdays or Thursdays in the morning.

GARBAGE: The city of Hollywood removes garbage every Monday and Thursday morning. We provide three garbage bins on the side of the house. We ask that you please put out any used garbage bins in the front of the driveway Sunday night and Wednesday night prior to collection. If you could please bring the bins back by the side of the house we would appreciate it.

PARTIES & EVENTS: We do not allow parties, receptions or events. The home is located in a residential neighborhood and local ordinances dictate no excessively loud music or noise after 10PM. This is our most important rule that can result in the termination of your reservation along with additional fees. If you have any questions regarding entertaining on the property please contact us.

PARKING: Parking for One (1) car is included, parking for a second vehicle is $20/day. (Maximum 2 cars)

PETS: No pets are permitted at this location.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS: ValGal isn’t responsible for any package delivery or personal belongings left at the property after check out.

    Unfortunately we picked a week that Mother Nature had plans not conducive to beach time. I am confident that it would have been an excellent time otherwise
    One stool needed replacement or repair as it was not usable and there were only two at the island. Not a big deal, but noted

    It was a beautiful home sitauated at the perfect spot, walking distance to the beach. It is also a short walk to everything you need like shops and restaurants for food. Grocery stores were driving distance so that made life so much easier! We loved the fact that the home was separated into 2 areas so that 2 families can have their own bathroom and seperation. The dining room easily accommodated all 11 of us. Couldn’t have asked for a better home and location. Would definitely stay again if we’re ever in the area. Check in and out was a breeze and having parking right behind the building for free was a plus. Thank you for having us!

    The vacation home was everything that I expected. Room for all of us. Party of 8. Everybody had their own bed. Perfect location. Away from the broad walk but so close to the beach. Lots of restaurants and bars. Family friendly. The bad side. The unit was not cleaned when we checked in. Very hard to get a quick response from the host. Was able to find a phone number to call. They got a hold of the owner. Chris was very helpful. He came over right away and got the cleaning crew. He gave me his cell number for any other inquires which we needed. He went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. Thanks Chris!

    Water damage and mold smell in the storage closet and HVAC closet.

    Water leak from the upper unit that leaked into our rented lower unit. Contacted on call person. They came out but no one cleaned up. Just brought us new towels.

    Ice maker was broken. Reported. They said someone was coming, never showed.

    Couch was in terrible condition.

    Breakfast bar chairs were broken and not useable. Reported on check in, no response.

    The unit was as described in the listing. Very bright and clean, the layout of the apartment worked very well for privacy amongst the two families. Only 150 steps to Hollywood Beach and Boardwalk, you really can't get any closer. ValGal was responsive all the way through which is always a help.

    Rental was spotless and very clean. Location and amenities were great! Property management was very friendly and helpful. My recommendations would be replace the living room furniture, repair chipping paint, exterminate (there were small ants and encountered a couple huge cockroaches). I would stay again.

    Our family of 6 loved this property. Chris was very helpful and accommodated our early check in, which was much appreciated when traveling with kids.

    The location of the property was amazing. Less than a 2 minute walk to the beach.

    The amenities were lovely and the layout of the place was fantastic. So much storage too.

    We would surely book again.
