315 Beach Townhouse

OUTDOOR SPACE:
See the beach from the large, private, outdoor patio equipped with loungers, table and chairs
The patio has a stainless steel BBQ grill that uses propane and an outdoor dining area
(Propane tanks are available upon request for a $40 charge)

LIVING AREA:
Formal dining room seats up to 6
Living room has sofa with a large TV.

KITCHEN: Fully stocked kitchen with Stove-oven. Coffee machine, tea kettle, toaster, blender, cookware, glassware, refrigerator, freezer, and microwave.

BEDROOMS: (2)
The Oceanview Townhouse sleeps 4 guests in comfortable beds.
Pac and Play and high chairs provided.
Premium air mattress on request for a $25 delivery charge..

BATHROOMS: (1)
All bathrooms are provided with (TP) and plush towels. A hairdryer is also available.
INTERNET: High speed wireless internet throughout.

GUEST ACCESS:
The back patio equipped with chaise lounges, table, chairs and a propane BBQ
Full propane tank is available for a $40 service charge.
The personalized self check-in instructions will be sent three days prior to arrival.

CLEANING:
All of our properties are professionally cleaned and sanitized up to CDC guidelines and inspected before each stay to ensure your safety.

LOGISTICS:
Check-in: 4:00 PM.
Check-out: 11:00 AM.
An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about availability and pricing.
TV's: Both (2) of our TV's have access to log into your favorite streaming channels.

GARBAGE: The city of Hollywood removes garbage every Monday and Thursday morning. We provide three garbage bins on the side of the house. We ask that you please put out any used garbage bins in the front of the driveway Sunday night and Wednesday night prior to collection. If you could please bring the bins back by the side of the house we would appreciate it.

PARTIES & EVENTS: We do not allow parties, receptions or events. The home is located in a residential neighborhood and local ordinances dictate no excessively loud music or noise after 10PM. This is our most important rule that can result in the termination of your reservation along with additional fees. If you have any questions regarding entertaining on the property please contact us.

PARKING: Parking for One (1) car is included, parking for a second vehicle is $20/day. (Maximum 2 cars)

PETS: Pets are permitted upon request, please note, there is a $120 pet sanitation fee per pet for the duration of your stay.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS: ValGal isn’t responsible for any package delivery or personal belongings left at the property after check out.

  Overall I would give my stay a 4 out 5 stars. Accommodations were very nice, place was clean and centrally located on the broadwalk. There are a few reasons I didn’t give 5 stars, 1 being the shower head, by far the worst shower head ever. 2 is the listing stating a washer and dryer when there isn’t one. To their credit the ceiling fan and garbage disposal malfunctioned while I was there, made a call and within 1 hour someone was there making the necessary repairs. I would absolutely book again.

  The location, access and parking and vibe was great!! It was really close to beach and relaxing. The only problem was the beds weren't comfortable. They were very hard and we had to buy some bed pads. Other than that, it was a perfect spot and I'll rent it again!!

  Era la 4ta vez que nos alojábamos con Valgal, esta vez no fue satisfactoria.
  No había sombrilla de playa ( compramos y dejamos una de regalo), toalla rota, silla de playa incómodas y una de ellas rota, tostadora rota, mueble del living rotos. Aires acondicionador de las habitaciones viejos y con ruido ( los teníamos que apagar ). Lamentablemente no fue igual a experiencias anteriores .

  Being just the two of us it met our needs. The best part is being a stones throw from the Broadwalk for morning prepared for the late into the night noise level from partiers on the weekend
  nights which made it hard to sleep in the bedroom.
  I would recommend the owners purchase new pots and pans with matching lids, as the ones there are in poor shape, juice size glasses, kitchen towels, a few kitchen storage containers and a couple of beach chairs that don't sit so close to the ground (impossible for older and larger people to get in and out of them!) These are just suggestions and overall as I said, this property has many benefits and met our basic needs.

  The location could not be better. We opened the windows in the living room and enjoyed the ocean breeze. My only complaints are the very hard mattresses and no vents in the bathroom or kitchen. We cracked the bathroom window which helped but the kitchen smoke alarm kept going off when trying to cook. We would definitely stay here again.

  We really enjoyed the rental. Simple and great location for walking to bars, restaurants and shopping. The thing I was confused about was the listing mentioned washer and dryer, but there wasn’t. No blow dryer either. I would have brought one but it was listed. And surprisingly a beach rental with no beach chairs or cooler. We ended up buying 2 chairs for $50 and leaving them in unit. Other than that everything was great 😊
