OUTDOOR SPACE:

-Oversized leather reclining couch with a large TV.
-Sunny and large Florida Room with lots of seating with a pool and yard view.

KITCHEN: Fully stocked chef’s kitchen has all top of the line appliances and features. Coffee machine, tea kettle, toaster, blender, Ice maker, cookware, glassware, dishwasher, refrigerator with filtered water dispenser, freezer, and microwave.

BEDROOMS: (2)
Tropical Cabana sleeps 6 guests in comfortable beds. The 2 bedrooms have Smart TV's.
-2 Twin beds in the Florida room.
- Pac and Play and high chair provided.
- Premium air mattress available for 2 additional guests upon request for a $25 delivery charge.

BATHROOMS: (2)
- All bathrooms are provided with a starter set of toiletries (TP, soap and shampoo) and plush towels. A hairdryer is also available.

GUEST ACCESS:
- This fully fenced property is yours for your private enjoyment.
- The personalized self check-in instructions will be sent three days prior to arrival.

INTERNET: Highspeed and wireless throughout.

CLEANING:
- All of our properties are professionally cleaned and sanitized up to CDC guidelines and inspected before each stay to ensure your safety.
- Dishwasher pods are provided
- Washer and dryer with a starter set of laundry pods provided.

LOGISTICS:
- Check-in: 4:00 PM.
- Check-out: 11:00 AM.
- An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about availability and pricing.

TV's: All three (3) of our TV's are Smart with access to log into your favorite streaming channels.

MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE:
- Weekly Landscaping service usually on Wednesdays or Thursdays in the morning.
- Weekly Pool cleaning service usually on Mondays and Thursdays in the morning.

POOL: This house boasts a 312 sq ft heated pool for a $15 per day service charge. Please note there is no lifeguard on duty and we ask that all guests enjoy the pool responsibly. The property owner is not liable for any pool-related accidents, drowning, or bodily harm/personal injuries. No diving is permitted. No glass is permitted in or near the pool, the kitchen is supplied with plastic cups.

PARTIES & EVENTS: We do not allow parties, receptions or events. The home is located in a residential neighborhood and local ordinances dictate no excessively loud music or noise after 10PM. This is our most important rule that can result in the termination of your reservation along with additional fees. If you have any questions regarding entertaining on the property please contact us.

PARKING: The driveway is located in front of the property and accommodates two (2) cars. Please refrain from parking on the street or on the lawn.

PETS: Pets under 30 lbs. are permitted upon request, please note, there is a $120 pet sanitation fee per pet for the duration of your stay.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS: ValGal isn’t responsible for any package delivery or personal belongings left at the property after check out.

  I rented this home for 9 days with my mom. The house is nicely decorated and has everything one needs to cook and relax. The pool area is lovely. Even though the house is close to downtown,one feels secluded. The neighborhood is quiet despite being close to US 1. It is an older Florida home but we'll melt up. The Florida room (sitting room) is also lovely. We will rent here again.

  Overall we were very satisfied the one thing that was a little bit. Annoying was the Keurig didn’t work. The ceiling fans in the bedrooms were kind of kicked with dust and the fan lights in both bathrooms were full of dead bugs. Overall, a very cute house and other than a few things I mentioned very clean.

  Everything was great! We had everything we needed! Plenty of utensils, towels etc! The house was clean and well equipped! The pool was the perfect weather we enjoyed it very much! Beds were comfortable! I was provided all the information needed to be able to enter the house! We arrived before the check in time and they allowed us to go in before the check in time which was amazing for us to rest after a 14+ hours of drive! They were quick to answer and super helpful and nice! Will definitely be booking with them again! Thank you!

  Das Haus wirkt sehr in die Jahre gekommen und der Außenbereich wirkt nicht sehr gepflegt. Die Klimaanlage ist voll mit Schwarzschimmel und an der Wand läuft eine undefinierbare Flüssigkeit herunter.
  Während des Aufenthaltes tauchten täglich mehrere Kakerlaken in der Küche und im Wintergarten auf.
  Der Pool wird zwar 2x pro Woche oberflächlich gewartet, jedoch die Fettränder und Ablagerungen an der Poolwand werden anscheinend nie gereinigt, sodass sich Sonnencreme und Körperfett an der Poolwand sammeln.
  
  Der Service von ValGal ist eine Zumutung, am Tag der Anreise lies sich zu erst die Haustür nicht öffnen. Auf Anrufe beim Kundenservice wurde nicht reagiert und auch auf Nachrichten über die Website gab es keine Reaktion. Auch das Problem mit den Kakerlaken wurde erst nach mehrmaligem Anrufen angenommen und mit der Aussage „ das ist Florida, dass ist hier ganz normal. Aber wenn es dich beruhigt schicken wir mal einen Schädlingsbekämpfer vorbei.“ abgetan. Die angeblich beauftragte Schädlingsbekämpfung erschien allerdings nie.
  
  Ich würde diese Unterkunft, sowie Unterkünfte von ValGal nicht wieder buchen und auch definitiv, aufgrund meiner Erfahrung, nicht weiterempfehlen.

  Very clean, airy home. Everything you need. Bathrooms dated but functional. Pool company didn’t show so pool was dirty. But for us it was a good location and was nice for four adults. Directions given to open the front door were incomplete and when we called the woman we spoke to was sarcastic but then put someone else in the phone who took care of us. We would stay here again.

  The house was as described. We had an overall good stay. I was surprised by the lack of starter items like coffee & dishwasher soap, not enough toilet paper for the stay. A couple maintenance concerns arose that were resolved but with some confusion and incomplete communication. There was a pervasive musty smell in the home that stayed in our belongings when we left. Forgot something and was unable to get it back even though I was told there was a lost & found which was disappointing. Cost compared to other homes was reasonable but we likely wouldn't stay again.

  We had a great stay! There are a few updates that need done. The front yard needs to be maintained. We could not use the walkway due to the overgrown bushes with razer sharp edges. The steps to the front door are slippery when wet/ damp due to the morning dew. I suggest rubber stair mats be installed for safety. The pool cleaner did not show on scheduled contract day and we had to clean pool everyday due to the palm tree droppings. Someone did come by during the dark hours to do something with the hose in back yard and left it lay out across patio. The beds were comfortable and the pool was very warm and inviting. Thanks again!

  The location was perfect; close to the airport and major roads; only 20 minutes from Miami Gardens. Unfortunately we didn't make it the beach due to daily thunderstorms.   We had a great time, the house makes you feel in a beach vacation. It is very very clean, the kitchen is well equipped, the A/C works well, the pool is great and temperature perfect, the grill is good and works perfectly. Supermarkets and beach very close in car.
