OUTDOOR SPACE:
- Large, private heated swimming pool and outdoor patio with loungers.
-The patio has a stainless steel BBQ grill that uses propane and an outdoor dining area
(Propane tanks are available upon request for a $40 charge)

LIVING AREA:
- Formal dining room seats up to 8 with large TV.

KITCHEN: Fully stocked chef’s kitchen has all top of the line appliances and features. Coffee machine, tea kettle, toaster, blender, Ice maker, cookware, glassware, dishwasher, refrigerator with filtered water dispenser, freezer, and microwave.

BEDROOMS: (5)
Casa Blanca sleeps 10 guests in comfortable beds. The 5, large bedrooms all have Smart TV's.
- Pac and Play and high chair provided.
- Premium air mattress available for 2 additional guests upon request for a $25 delivery charge.

BATHROOMS: (4)
- All bathrooms are provided with a starter set of toiletries (TP-soap and shampoo) and plush towels. A hairdryer is also available.

GUEST ACCESS:
- This fully fenced property is yours for your private enjoyment.
- The personalized self check-in instructions will be sent three days prior to arrival.

INTERNET: Highspeed and wireless throughout.

CLEANING:
- All of our properties are professionally cleaned and sanitized up to CDC guidelines and inspected before each stay to ensure your safety.
- Starter dishwasher pods are provided
- Washer and dryer with a starter set of laundry pods provided.

LOGISTICS:
- Check-in: 4:00 PM.
- Check-out: 11:00 AM.
- An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about availability and pricing.

TV's: All six (6) of our TV's are Smart with access to log into your favorite streaming channels.

MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE:
- Weekly Landscaping service usually on Wednesdays or Thursdays in the morning.
- Weekly Pool cleaning service usually on Mondays and Thursdays in the morning.

POOL: This house boasts a 312 sq. ft. heated pool for a $15 per day service charge. Please note there is no lifeguard on duty and we ask that all guests enjoy the pool responsibly. The property owner is not liable for any pool-related accidents, drowning, or bodily harm/personal injuries. No diving is permitted. No glass is permitted in or near the pool, the kitchen is supplied with plastic cups.

PARTIES & EVENTS: We do not allow parties, receptions or events. The home is located in a residential neighborhood and local ordinances dictate no excessively loud music or noise after 10PM. This is our most important rule that can result in a termination of your reservation along with additional fees. If you have any questions regarding entertaining on the property please contact us.

PARKING: Driveway is located in front of the property and accommodates two (2) cars. Please refrain from parking on the street or on the lawn.

PETS: Pets under 40 lbs. are permitted upon request, please note, there is a $120 pet sanitation fee per pet for the duration of your stay.

CAMERAS: These are placed outdoors only, outsourced to an external professional surveillance company solely to be used for security purposes and to ensure the safety of the property and travelers.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS: ValGal isn’t responsible for any package delivery or personal belongings left at the property after check out.

  The place was as described on line however, we didn’t expect to see termite tunnels on the ceiling and were bitten by bed bugs. Unfortunately, the house was not as clean as was reported on line. From the outside the rooms and the livings quarters look good, but the management has to step up and control the infestation.

  Back patio was infested with “no see um bugs” that owners knew about it, when I told him about what we thought was fleas, he told us about the bugs. By third day when we killed one, I told him and he came with an off outdoor spray. We all were bit by these bugs (itches pretty bad)
  I dont understand why If they knew about these bugs, why they don’t fumigate every time they have guests at the house.

  We had a very good time at this location. The place was as advertised. Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels for everyone. Kitchen was well stocked, except that we did not have enough glasses (minor inconvenience). Everyone enjoyed the pool, and they even had pool towels. We were able to do laundry when needed, so that was cool as well.
  The only issue I had is that the management company was not very responsive; we called and told them that the front door was sticking and never heard back.

  The property was fine for my needs. The kitchen needs more items and the glass cups have to go. My biggest disappointment was the mosquitoes and the flies, even with the bugs spray and candles, we purchased, being outside by the pool was unbearable.

  We had 10 family members at Casa Blanca in Hollywood, FL. All the bedrooms had king size beds, which was great for the adults! The pool was a major plus for the kids! The house was clean, well stocked with towels, and had a table large enough for all of us to eat together. The only downside was that the lighting was very bright and with the glass panels in the doors, the adults had to sit in the dark after the kids went to sleep.

  Very well located and close to everything.very bright and clean house
  Disappointment harmful insect that does not allow us to take advantage of the yard (fly, fleas, bigail mosquitoes) The owners should treat the yard because we had to buy a lot of mosquito repellent which did not help. Only one room with private toilet, so the others share a toilet. Water problem, the showers are out of order (hot water only)

  My family and I were in town for a funeral and stayed at this property for five days. This house needs a lot of improvements. When we arrived check in was great and the house was clean. We tried to watch the TV in the main area, and we could not get it to work/connect to the internet. I spoke with someone, and he said he would come over the next morning to fix it and he gave us a timeline, so we stayed and waited. No one showed up. The washing machine/dryer was broken, falling apart, and being held together with duct tape. I was also told someone would be over to look at it and no one showed up. The temperature on the shower faucets is reversed; hot is cold and cold is hot. I own a plumbing company, and this is a five-minute fix-service call to correct this issue. This should have been corrected from a business owner standpoint. It is an inconvenience from a renter standpoint. Also, the toilet in main bedroom at times wouldn’t stop running and, in the kitchen, not all the burners on the stove were working. Lastly if you want to enjoy the pool and outdoor areas the mosquitos are a HUGE problem. I would suggest management invest in mosquito/bug treatment of the backyard because it was a huge problem. I returned home with literally 52 mosquito/bug bites. Along with mosquito treatment for the yard some sort or mosquito repellent or citronella candles should have been provided for guests since it is such a noticeable problem. We invested roughly $100 on sprays, candles and torches. Looking back at some reviews I noticed some of these problems have existed for a while. It is time to act on feedback you are receiving. On a positive note, the location was great.

  We really enjoyed our stay in this 5 bedroom home. House has a great layout for large families or groups. Really enjoyed the heated pool and the tiki hut was a great place to hangout one evening when it was raining. Location is good in a quiet neighborhood and only a short drive to the beach. We would definitely consider staying in this home again some day.
