OUTDOOR SPACE:
- Large, private swimming pool and outdoor patio with loungers.
-The patio has a stainless steel BBQ grill that uses propane and an outdoor dining area
(Propane tanks are available upon request for a $40 charge)

LIVING AREA:
- Formal dining room seats up to 8
-Oversized leather sleeper sofa with a large TV.

KITCHEN: Fully stocked chef’s kitchen has all top-of-the-line appliances and features. Coffee machine, tea kettle, toaster, blender, Ice maker, cookware, glassware, dishwasher, refrigerator with filtered water dispenser, freezer, and microwave.

BEDROOMS: (5)
Las Brisas has 5 large bedrooms with king-size beds, all with Smart TV's.
- Pac and Play and premium air mattresses provided upon request
- Premium air mattress available upon request for a $25 delivery charge.

BATHROOMS: (3)
All bathrooms are provided with a starter set of toiletries (TP, soap) and plush towels. A hairdryer is also available.

GUEST ACCESS:
This fully fenced property is yours for your private enjoyment.
The personalized self-check-in instructions will be sent three days before arrival.

CLEANING:
- All of our properties are professionally cleaned and sanitized up to CDC guidelines and inspected before each stay to ensure your safety.
- Starter dishwasher pods are provided
- Washer and dryer with a starter set of laundry pods provided.

INTERNET: Highspeed and wireless throughout.

LOGISTICS:
- Check-in: 4:00 PM.
- Check-out: 11:00 AM.
- An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about availability and pricing.

TV's: All six (6) of our TV's are Smart with access to log into your favorite streaming channels.

MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE:
- Weekly Landscaping service usually on Wednesdays or Thursdays in the morning.
- Weekly Pool cleaning service usually on Mondays and Thursdays in the morning.

POOL: This house boasts a 512 sq ft heated pool for a $15 per day service charge. Please note there is no lifeguard on duty and we ask that all guests enjoy the pool responsibly. The property owner is not liable for any pool-related accidents, drowning, or bodily harm/personal injuries. No diving is permitted. No glass is permitted in or near the pool, the kitchen is supplied with plastic cups.

GARBAGE: Bins are in the alley behind the house. We ask that you place all garbage in those bins and the City will pick it up twice a week. If the city leaves the bins in the middle of the alley, kindly relocate them by the gate.

PARTIES & EVENTS: We do not allow parties, receptions or events. The home is located in a residential neighborhood and local ordinances dictate no excessively loud music or noise after 10PM. This is our most important rule that can result in a termination of your reservation along with additional fees. If you have any questions regarding entertaining on the property please contact us.

PARKING: In the circular driveway in front of the property and accommodates two (2) cars. Please do not park on the street or on the lawn.

PETS: Pets under 30 lbs. are permitted upon request, please note, there is a $120 pet sanitation fee per pet for the duration of your stay.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS: ValGal isn’t responsible for any package delivery or personal belongings left at the property after check out.

  The home was perfect for a stay for five women attending the Miami Open. Nice bedding and linens for each bedroom. Plenty of nice towels in each bath and pool towels. Very clean. Kitchen is well stocked. Very convenient shopping, restaurants and close to the beach. Host quick to respond.

  Close to amenities and a short drive to the Broadwalk.The pool was a definite highlight for our grandaughters. Also,the large bedrooms and comfy beds. The water handle on one shower only turned half way, making showering a bit cool. I would also suggest an upgrade to the beach chairs . Otherwise , excellent location and accommodations .   We were a group of 8 (4 adults and 4 children) with a dog. We traveled to The Diplomat Convention Center daily, in about 10 minutes. The beach was only about a 6 minute drive. The 5 bedrooms, all equipped with king-sized beds were so comfy. There were 3 full baths. A large kitchen with seating for 8. The pool was the focal point. My grandkids were elated to get to swim so often. The pool is very nice. There is outdoor space to dine which seats 10. We enjoyed the grill where we created masterpiece meals to enjoy as a family. This property was perfect for our family get away. We would definitely visit this place again!

  This house is great!
  5 big bedrooms with king sized beds in each, were perfect for our group of 7. House was very updated and clean. We enjoyed the pool and covered sitting area the most.
  We did had some issues with one of the toilets but it was dealt with in a timely manner.
  We will definitely book this rental next time!

  One small hiccup with toilet, I called Josh when returned home problem solved! The only issues the pool could have been cleaner, 2, a few helpful spices for cooking ( Salt& Pepper) 😉 But overall we hope to rent again!

  House had lots of room for everyone. Clean inside. Close to grocery stores. Beach was about 1 1/2 miles down the road. Public park at end of road. It was $10 a day for all day parking. Was right at end of Hollywood broadwalk. A few minor issues were taken care of right away.
