OUTDOOR SPACE:
- Large, private swimming pool and outdoor patio with loungers.
-The patio has a stainless steel BBQ grill that uses propane and an outdoor dining area
(Propane tanks are available upon request for a $40 charge)

LIVING AREA:
- Formal dining room seats up to 9.
(6 at the dining room table and three at the kitchen bar).

KITCHEN: Fully stocked chef’s kitchen has all top of the line appliances and features. Coffee machine, tea kettle, toaster, blender, Ice maker, cookware, glassware, dishwasher, refrigerator with filtered water dispenser, freezer, and microwave.

BEDROOMS: (4)
Casa NIrvana sleeps 8 guests in comfortable beds. The 4, large bedrooms all have TV's with cable.
- Pac and Play and high chair provided
- Premium air mattress available for 2 additional guests upon request for a $25 delivery charge.

BATHROOMS: (3)
All bathrooms are provided with a starter set of toiletries (TP, soap and shampoo) and plush towels. A hairdryer is also available.

GUEST ACCESS:
This fully fenced property is yours for your private enjoyment.
The personalized self check-in instructions will be sent three days prior to arrival.

INTERNET: Highspeed and wireless throughout.

CLEANING:
- All of our properties are professionally cleaned and sanitized up to CDC guidelines and inspected before each stay to ensure your safety.
- Starter dishwasher pods are provided
- Washer and dryer with a starter set of laundry pods provided.

LOGISTICS:
- Check-in: 4:00 PM.
- Check-out: 11:00 AM.
- An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about availability and pricing.

TV's: All five (5) of our TV's are Smart with access to log into your favorite streaming channels.

MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE:
- Weekly Landscaping service usually on Wednesdays or Thursdays in the morning.
- Weekly Pool cleaning service usually on Mondays and Thursdays in the morning.

POOL: This house boasts a 317 sq ft heated pool for a $15 per day service charge. Please note there is no lifeguard on duty and we ask that all guests enjoy the pool responsibly. The property owner is not liable for any pool-related accidents, drowning, or bodily harm/personal injuries. No diving is permitted. No glass is permitted in or near the pool, the kitchen is supplied with plastic cups.

POOL TABLE: Located in the garage with ques and balls. There is also an extra fridge in the garage for your convenience.

GARBAGE: We ask that you please put out any used garbage bins in the front of the driveway Sunday night and Wednesday night prior to collection on Garbage Removal days, Monday and Thursday mornings. Please bring the bins back to the side of the house when the trash has been picked up.

PARTIES & EVENTS: We do not allow parties, receptions or events. The home is located in a residential neighborhood and local ordinances dictate no excessively loud music or noise after 10PM. This is our most important rule that can result in a termination of your reservation along with additional fees. If you have any questions regarding entertaining on the property please contact us.

PARKING: Driveway is located in the front of the property and accommodates two (2) cars. Please refrain from parking on the street or on the lawn.

PETS: Pets under 30 lbs. are permitted upon request, please note, there is a $120 pet sanitation fee per pet for the duration of your stay.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS: ValGal isn’t responsible for any package delivery or personal belongings left at the property after check out.

  We LOVED this house! Nice, quiet neighborhood close to the beach, shopping and dining too! The pool is awesome and large fenced in back yard was perfect for our furbaby Bella! The house is so big and we (4 adults) had plenty of space to spread out, you can easily fit a larger group and still have privacy with 3 full bathrooms! The location is great, so close to take a drive to surrounding areas also. Our family enjoyed our stay so much and hated to leave, thank you so much Valgals!!

  The vacation house was very clean and centrally located. The pool was very warm. Our granddaughter really enjoyed it. The description of the property was accurate but the furniture was not very accommodating for 8 people. The area has very available shopping and restaurants. Manager of the property was available to handle any concerns or problems. The only issue my encountered was with the pool. Pool and the pool heater was turned off but someone came within a few hours to fix the problem.
  Our family really enjoyed this property and would recommend it.

  We stayed here in 2022 and again in 2023. This house is excellent, and we would stay here again. Our only issue was a problem with the pool service. The pool was not clean. The lawn furniture could use an update. Other than that, the house is an excellent choice for any family or couples. We stayed three weeks. Comfortable beds, nice TV's, and wonderful kitchen. If you need to get in touch with the property managers, call. Emails are a bit delayed as I think they have quite a few properties. Once you call, they are very quick to respond. It advertises as heated pool, but you do have to pay for heat.
