OUTDOOR SPACE:
- Large, very private heated swimming pool with a Jacuzzi surrounded by chaise lounges.
-The Covered patio has a stainless steel propane BBQ grill and a charcoal grill with an outdoor dining area for 8.
(Propane tanks are available upon request for a $40 charge)

LIVING AREA:
- Formal dining room seats up to 8 with a large TV.
-There is an additional den with oversized comfortable couches and large TV.

KITCHEN: Has a breakfast area with access to patio and pool. The fully stocked chef’s kitchen has all top of the line appliances and features. Coffee machine, tea kettle, toaster, blender, Ice maker, cookware, glassware, dishwasher, refrigerator with filtered water dispenser, freezer, and microwave.

BEDROOMS: (5)
Casa Serena sleeps 8 guests in comfortable beds. The 5, large bedrooms all have TV's with cable. Four (4) bedrooms have large connecting bathrooms with tubs and showers.
- A Pac&Play and high chair are provided
- Queen-sized sofa sleeper
- Premium air mattress available for 2 additional guests upon request for a $25 delivery charge.

BATHROOMS: (3)
All bathrooms are provided with a starter set of toiletries (TP, handwashing soap) and plush bath and beach towels. A hairdryer is also available.

INTERNET: Highspeed and wireless throughout.

CLEANING:
› All of our properties are professionally cleaned and sanitized up to CDC guidelines and inspected before each stay to ensure your safety.
› Starter Dishwasher pods are provided
› Washer and dryer with a starter set of laundry pods provided.

LOGISTICS:
› Check-in: 4:00 PM.
› Check-out: 11:00 AM.
› An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about availability and pricing.

TV's: All seven (7) of our TV's are Smart with access to log into your favorite streaming channels.

MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE:
- Weekly Landscaping service usually on Wednesdays or Thursdays in the morning.
- Weekly Pool cleaning service usually on Tuesdays in the morning.

POOL: This house boasts a 450 sq ft heated pool for a $15 per day service charge. Please note there is no lifeguard on duty and we ask that all guests enjoy the pool responsibly. The property owner is not liable for any pool-related accidents, drowning, or bodily harm/personal injuries. No diving is permitted. No glass is permitted in or near the pool, the kitchen is supplied with plastic cups.

GARBAGE: We ask that you please put out any used garbage bins in the front of the driveway Sunday night and Wednesday night prior to collection on Garbage Removal days, Monday and Thursday mornings. Please bring the bins back to the side of the house when the trash has been picked up.

PARTIES & EVENTS: We do not allow parties, receptions, or events. The home is located in a residential neighborhood and local ordinances dictate no excessively loud music or noise after 10PM. This is our most important rule that can result in the termination of your reservation along with additional fees. If you have any questions regarding entertaining on the property please contact us.

PARKING: The driveway is located on the side of the property and accommodates three (3) cars. Please refrain from parking on the street or on the lawn.

PETS: Pets are permitted upon request, please note, that there is a $120 pet sanitation fee per pet for the duration of your stay.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS: ValGal isn’t responsible for any package delivery or personal belongings left at the property after checkout.

  First, I will start with positive. Host was very responsive and good communication. Outside is very nice, we enjoyed spending time outside. Hot tub is heated. Most of the time we spend outside. House is big with a lot of space for everyone. Now i will cover not so good things. The house has 3 full bathrooms. The only good shower is in master bathroom. The other two-bathroom showerheads are old and not very good. King size bedroom mattress are very soft and not comfortable. Pool is not heated. During our stay the owner send roofers to fix the roof. So, for 2 days people were working on the roof with a lot of noise. I understand roof needs to be fixed but why does it have to be during our stay.

  We rented this house as an opportunity for our families to come together and celebrate a birthday. We were very excited about having a heated pool on the property and a hot tub. Upon arrival, the pool had not been cleaned. It was a holiday - and the property management company sent out someone to clean it immediately, which was appreciated. When we spoke with the pool guy about turning the heater on, he told us it was broken and wouldn't work during the entirety of our stay. Not great first impressions, and the rental company should have immediately notified us of the issue prior to our arrival. It totally changed what our (not cheap) vacation experience was, since we were there in November. Not having a heated pool made it unusable apart from quick dips from time to time as the backyard doesn't get full sun at any time.
  
  The table in the backyard is where we spent a majority of the time. At night there is a population of rats that live next to the property and are very active along the fence-line. If rats make you squeamish - not the best place, but this is something common in Florida.
  
  Apart from the pool, the house itself is fine. It has plenty of space for a big group. I will say it is in need of a lot of updating and general maintenance. The kitchen counter around the stove is broken and in need of repair. The ceilings in the bedrooms have peeling paint. Water pressure and temperatures in the showers were a bit of a joke. One of the toilets has a very sticky flapper, to the point I thought it didn't work when we first got there. Kitchen had most items, but very minimal selection of utensils if wanting to prepare a meal.
  
  Overall, our group had a great time, but our stay at this house did not contribute to that.

  Overall had a nice time but the house and property need a lot of general maintenance. Upon arrival the pool and patio were not cleaned and the pool water level was low and none of the fountains were on. After the pool guy came (2 days into our stay) and turned on the fountains, we found a port in the pool that has such strong suction that it pulled 3 adults into and ripped skin off of one adult. This is extremely dangerous, especially for children. None of the pool lights worked. The patio speakers do not work. The landscaping needs cleaned up as it contained many dead branches and weeds and all of the landscaping lights were knocked over or broken. After a heavy rain we found one of the lights in the kitchen was leaking after one member of our group slipped and fell in the puddle. We also found the garbage disposal leaking. Several of the kitchen Cabinet doors are crooked and appear to be falling off. The master bathroom had ants so badly that we had to spray for them and the shower heads look like they haven’t been properly cleaned in a very long time and appear to have mold on them. We definitely felt like the pictures of the property were taken a long time ago and the property is in need a lot of basic maintenance to be worth the price paid.
