OUTDOOR SPACE:

-The patio has a stainless steel BBQ grill that uses propane and an outdoor dining area
(Propane tanks are available upon request for a $40 delivery charge)

-Oversized leather couch with a large TV.
- Premium air mattress available for 2 additional guests upon request for a $25 delivery charge..

KITCHEN: Fully stocked chef’s kitchen has all top of the line appliances and features. Coffee machine, tea kettle, toaster, blender, Ice maker, cookware, glassware, dishwasher, refrigerator with filtered water dispenser, freezer, and microwave.

BEDROOMS: (5)
- The large bedrooms all have TV's with cable.
- Pac and Play and high chair are provided
- Queen sized sofa sleeper in the living room.
- Premium air mattress available for 2 additional guests upon request for a $25 delivery charge.

BATHROOMS: (3)
-All bathrooms are provided with a starter set of TP, soap, and plush towels. A hairdryer is also available.

GUEST ACCESS:
-This fully fenced property is yours for your private enjoyment.

INTERNET: Highspeed and wireless throughout.

CLEANING:
- All of our properties are professionally cleaned and sanitized up to CDC guidelines and inspected before each stay to ensure your safety.
- Starter dishwasher pods are provided
- Washer and dryer with a starter set of laundry pods provided.

LOGISTICS:
-Check-in: 4:00 PM.
- Check-out: 11:00 AM.
- An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about availability and pricing.

TV's: All six(6) of our TV's are Smart with access to log into your favorite streaming channels.

MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE:
- Weekly Landscaping service usually on Wednesdays or Thursdays in the morning.
- Bi-weekly Pool cleaning service usually on Mondays and Thursdays in the morning.

POOL: This house boasts a 392 sq ft heated pool for a $15 per day service charge. Please note there is no lifeguard on duty and we ask that all guests enjoy the pool responsibly. The property owner is not liable for any pool-related accidents, drowning, or bodily harm/personal injuries. No diving is permitted. No glass is permitted in or near the pool, the kitchen is supplied with plastic cups.

GARBAGE: We ask that you please put out any used garbage bins in the front of the driveway Sunday night and Wednesday night before collection on Garbage Removal days, Monday and Thursday mornings. Please bring the bins back to the side of the house when the trash has been picked up.

PARTIES & EVENTS: We do not allow parties, receptions, or events. The home is located in a residential neighborhood and local ordinances dictate no excessively loud music or noise after 10PM. This is our most important rule that can result in the termination of your reservation along with additional fees. If you have any questions regarding entertaining on the property please contact us.

PARKING: The driveway accommodates two (2) cars. Please refrain from parking on the street or the lawn.

PETS: Pets are permitted upon request, please note, that there is a $120 pet sanitation fee per pet for the duration of your stay.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS: ValGal isn’t responsible for any package delivery or personal belongings left at the property after checkout.

ADDITIONAL equipment: If you ever have any specific requests feel free to ask us, we would love to accommodate you with the best local vendors for baby’s equipment, mobility devices etc.

  First thing was we traveled 24 hrs to stay in this house and we asked for 1 hour early check inand they refused.Said not enough time to clean house from previous guess there was no sign of any previous guess.The house doesn't have enough parking and you have to pay to park. The ac at the house doesn't work properly. In the day time it only got down to 78 deg in the day time and 76 degrees at night time. The hot water in the guess bathroom bounces from extreme hot to cold.Rules of the house differ from email to what is posted all over the house.Like trash pickup check in.Didnt mention if you make any noise after 10 pm you would get a 1000 $fine per noise incident. Management company wanted to send exterminator in the middle of our stay to exterminat inside and outside of the house. We won't ever book any other property that is run by Val gal. Definitely not recommended

  The backyard was wonderful and the kitchen was stocked well. This was a perfect place for our family to enjoy spring break. The neighbors were so friendly as well! A few more forks in the kitchen would be beneficial. Also, there were some hairs in the shower when we arrived but other than that it was clean. The only real issues we had were the toilet in one of the bedrooms and that same shower. The toilet was almost impossible to flush and the water temperature on the shower was either very hot or freezing cold with no in between. We won't be traveling with as many children next year since our son is off to college, otherwise we would return for sure.

  This house worked out perfect for us. Location was great. Very quiet street but a quick ride to the beach and restaurants. The backyard was private and the pool was great... perfect temperature!!

  Everything was really nice except the ceiling leaking causing two of the people in our party to sleep on the couch and share a bed another person. The back part of the house for the entirety of our stay smelled like mildew. The pool was on 79 degrees, but the pool felt much colder. The pool guy came by, and we asked him about it, and he said he’d look at it. After he left, we looked and nothing changed. Other than these inconveniences everything else about the property was nice.

  The backyard was the highlight here. The pool was great and it was a peaceful quiet neighborhood. We were in the pool playing volleyball every night. A lot of bugs at night so just use bug spray. The inside of the house is basic with no frills but accommodate us just fine. 2 of the bedrooms are connected so you had to walk through one to get to the other which was annoying.

  We really enjoyed our stay there. The maintenance and up keep could have been better. Windows did not work (open/close). Windows not sealed well, bugs came in so we had to spray insect spray around those 2 windows to keep them out. There was a fairly large gap at the bottom of the front door where the door meets the floor. A few geckos got in, so we put a towel down to cover it. Although there were those issue we still made the best of it and enjoyed the home overall.
